You don't have to give us any information to browse the Site.

Health Information and HIPAA

Please do not send health information through this Site. Do not include patient or client names, dates of birth, insurance member IDs, diagnoses, or any other health information in our inquiry form or in an initial email. The Site is not designed to receive it. If you need to share that kind of information, we will set up a secure method once we are working together.

How we protect health information in our work. When we provide billing services to a healthcare provider, we act as that provider's business associate under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). We sign a Business Associate Agreement with each client and handle protected health information only as that agreement and HIPAA allow.

If you are a patient or client of one of our customers, that provider's Notice of Privacy Practices explains how your health information is used and your rights. Questions about your health records should go to your provider.

How We Protect and Keep Your Information

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information you send us. No website or email system is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

We keep inquiry information only as long as needed to respond to you and maintain business records, or as required by law. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Do Not Track

Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. Because the Site does not track visitors across websites or use advertising tracking, it does not respond differently to these signals.

Minors

The Site is intended only for adults 18 and older and for businesses and healthcare providers. It is not directed to anyone under 18. If you are under 18, please do not submit any information through the Site. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and if we learn we have, we will delete it.
